Client experience has always been at the center of Brynn's work. After beginning her career in the broker-dealer space straight out of college and spending the past six years in the RIA industry, she has focused on improving processes, elevating the client experience, and creating a seamless journey for both clients and advisors. In her previous role, she had the opportunity to co-lead the Client Experience Committee and oversee the firm's client event team, further reinforcing her passion for thoughtful, client-centered service.

Brynn is passionate about building efficient, scalable processes that make the day-to-day operations of an RIA run smoothly. She believes that well-designed systems don't just improve efficiency, they create space for advisors, owners, and operations teams to focus on what matters most. As a strong advocate for work-life balance, she enjoys eliminating operational bottlenecks so teams can take vacations laptop-free and, more importantly, worry-free.

Outside of work, Brynn enjoys taking full advantage of Idaho's outdoors with her husband, Tyler. Their summers are spent camping, backpacking, fishing, traveling, and finding any excuse to be near a cold lake or river. In the winter, you'll likely find them skiing or playing volleyball. When she's not outside, Brynn loves settling into a local coffee shop with a good book and an iced latte. At home, Brynn dotes on their cat, Nutmeg, while Tyler and Nutmeg maintain what can only be described as a long-running rivalry, though Brynn is convinced Tyler secretly likes her.
